Legal

Legal

AssemblyWright AI is a product of Evadaroo & Company, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company — the party to every document on this page. Here is each one, what it covers, and where it stands.

Published as drafts — not yet in force. Until they are, nobody is asked to accept them, and the product takes no live payment: a checkout that would take real money is held until the texts are in force.

The documents

  • Terms of Service — Draft — not yet in force. The contract: packages and prices by reference, trials, the money-back rule, Paddle as our reseller, your CRM systems (Section 7), the liability cap and how disputes are resolved.
  • Acceptable Use Policy — Draft — not yet in force. Connect only a system you are authorized to change; what you may not do with the Service; how we enforce it, and how to report abuse or a copyright claim.
  • Refund Policy — Draft — not yet in force. Money back within 30 days of your first payment, once per customer; how to ask; and that Paddle, our reseller, pays it.
  • Privacy Policy — Draft — not yet in force. What we store, where, for how long, who else processes it, and how to exercise a privacy right — the full version.
  • Data Processing Addendum — Draft — not yet in force. GDPR Article 28 terms, the Standard Contractual Clauses, the sub-processor list and the security annex. Countersigned on request.
  • Privacy notice — In force — it describes the product as it runs today. The short, plain-English version: what the product stores and does today, and nothing it does not.
  • Design Partner Pilot Agreement — Draft — not yet in force. The terms a design-partner pilot is signed on, with its order form filled in per deal. Never accepted on this site.
  • Security & trust — Published — not a contract. How a connected org and the deliverables about it are protected. A description, not a contract.

Paying for AssemblyWright

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders (Terms of Service, Section 4.7), so the purchase itself is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Money back within 30 days of your first payment, once per customer — the Refund Policy says how to ask.

Who to write to

  • Legal notices, privacy requests and copyright notices: legal@assemblywright.ai
  • Billing and refunds: billing@assemblywright.ai
  • A security vulnerability: security@assemblywright.ai — see security.txt

Each document says how it changes. Every earlier version is kept, and we will send any of them on request.
