AssemblyWright AI — Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can have your money back for AssemblyWright AI, and how. It is part of our Terms of Service (Section 5.6). "We" means Evadaroo & Company, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company trading as AssemblyWright AI.
1. Who takes your payment, and who refunds it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
In practice: your payment, your receipt and any refund all come from Paddle, and a refund goes back to the payment method you paid with. How long it then takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee
If AssemblyWright is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full.
- It covers your first payment, monthly or annual — the first payment on a monthly plan, or the first payment on an annual plan, each refunded in full.
- It applies once per customer — not again on a second Workspace, a later subscription, or a renewal.
- How to ask: email billing@assemblywright.ai from the address on the account and say which Workspace it is for. You do not have to give a reason.
- What happens next: we confirm by email and Paddle, as Merchant of Record, issues the refund to the original payment method.
- What a refund ends: the subscription it paid for, and with it the paid features. It does not delete anything — your Deliverables, Builds and Knowledge Base content stay yours and stay exportable, as the Terms say (Section 5.9).
3. After the first 30 days
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly or annual.
- No pro-rata refunds. We do not refund part of a period, whether you cancel, move to a smaller package, or stop using the Service part-way through it — except in the cases below.
- Where the Terms or the DPA promise a refund, it applies. They name three cases in which fees prepaid for an unused period come back: a material change to the Terms that is unacceptable to you, where you end the subscription before it takes effect (Terms Section 17.3); an infringement claim that leads us to end the Service (Terms Section 14.1); and an objection to a new sub-processor that we cannot resolve, where you end the affected part of the Service (DPA Section 5.3).
4. When no refund is due
- No refund after termination for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy — whether inside the 30 days or after them.
- A second request. The guarantee is once per customer (Section 2).
